Architectural photography is a complex and challenging field that requires both technical expertise and a creative eye. I use this type of photography to showcase the grandeur, beauty and complexity of the built environment, I help architects, designers and other professionals communicate their vision to a wider audience. Intended use of the images plays a big role on my creative process. For example, photographs of buildings for commercial or promotional purposes may need to showcase specific features or aspects of the building, while images for architectural or design publications may need to convey a more artistic or conceptual vision.
I tend to gravitate towards artistic perspectives with stark shapes and dramatic designs. I seek to uncover beauty hidden in plain sight.
